Fast-growing data start-up based in Utrecht, looking for a Sales Account Executive who’s passionate about new business, and willing to join our mission to change the world of digital Product Management.
Objectiv is an AI-decision platform for Product Management teams, and our customers are the product managers behind major Websites & Apps we all use every day. Their biggest challenge is to determine what to build next to achieve better ease of use, engagement, etc. Objectiv gives product teams superpowers to that end: our AI constantly analyses their product and its day-to-day use; our Workspace presents automated action suggestions for what to build next to hit their goals.
What’s the party about?
As a Sales Account Executive, you will have a decisive role in the expansion of our customer portfolio. You are highly motivated to close deals, and looking to further develop your already successful career in sales. You will target the fastest growing and most influential digital product companies, from winning scale-ups to internationally renowned enterprise corporations.
You’ll start out doing most of the below, and because we are still an early startup things are always in flux. Together we’ll figure out what your role will look like in a year from now, depending on our shared ambitions:
- Work closely with our CEO to move our current pipeline and land big logos in Western Europe.
- Build, develop, and manage your own pipeline from leads to deals, by proactively reaching out to interesting prospects, as well as following up on sales-qualified leads generated by our SDR team.
- Use your top-notch communication skills to host in-depth sales presentations & solid Objectiv Workspace demos for contract decision makers (C-level).
- Work closely with our Customer Success Team to help trials successfully progress to subscriptions, and subsequently expand & grow customers.
- Represent the voice of the customer in shaping our own product roadmap. Help define the next steps we will take in bringing our product to the next level, in order to deliver more impact to customers.
- Help hire more sales colleagues to build a strong and resourceful team as the company grows.
